About

Bugbee Automation was founded in 2026 with the aim of helping small and medium-sized businesses easily adopt the latest cutting-edge software technologies. I am based out of Vermont and operate within the Northeast.

I am an experienced software developer with over 6 years of professional experience, and hold a master's degree in data analytics.

The Development Process

1. Introduction

First step is to identify your needs and goals. We will have a conversation to align on your business processes, the problems you're trying to solve, and the outcomes you want to achieve. During this phase we will establish a roadmap and timeline for the project.

2. Research

Depending on the complexity of the request, I may need time to research the most efficient and cost effective means of developing your personalized solution. This phase will help establish a one-time cost or projected monthly operating cost estimate of the project (see step 4).

3. Implementation

Once we have established an agreed upon solution, I will begin the implementation phase. Any local installation or configuration will be minimized as much as possible. During this phase I will provide regular updates and demos to ensure the project is on track and meets your expectations. You will be able to provide modest feedback and request changes as needed. There is a small upfront fee required to begin this phase which may be refundable within a certain time period specified in the contract.

4. Deploy

You have two options for deploying your solution: self-hosting or managed hosting. Managed hosting is highly recommended for most clients.

Managed Hosting:

  • Deployed in the cloud for a secure and stable environment.
  • Includes regular maintenance, updates, support, and minor adjustments.
  • Provides resource cost monitoring and token tracking for LLM usage.
  • Affordable monthly fee.

Self Hosting:

  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining your software.
  • You are charged a one-time development fee and will be responsible for any ongoing hosting costs.

Any large changes or additions will require a repeat of the above process.
